Tracy is the Senior Associate, People and Culture at Shamiri Institute and a certified Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management, administration, and training. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration - Strategic Management from Mount Kenya University.

Tracy is also a Certified Trainer of Trainers. She has led HR functions in dynamic organizations, excelling in talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits management, and compliance. Known for aligning HR strategies with business goals, she leverages data-driven solutions to drive results.

Outside work, she enjoys family time, traveling, and exploring diverse cuisines.
