Caleb Kiarie

Caleb is the Director of Government Relations at Shamiri Institute. He has extensive experience in the public sector having worked as the Personal Assistant to the Governor in the very first County Government of Nakuru and subsequently worked as Director of Programs at State House, Kenya. Altogether he has amassed nearly a decade of experience in government (both county and national) attaining a wealth of hands-on experience in the administration of government development agendas & projects, public policy development, stakeholder engagements, and keen understanding of political environments.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Management) from Park University in Kansas City, Missouri USA. He also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from St. Paul’s University, Nairobi Kenya.  

Caleb believes that the present mental health status of Kenya’s youth is a major factor in the country’s future and as such, Shamiri’s intervention should be viewed as a matter of national importance.
