Michael is the Director of Research & Innovation at Shamiri Institute.

He has seven years of experience supporting organizations in Kenya, Nigeria, India, Senegal, and Zambia to use data and evidence to improve processes and amplify impacts.

Michael was previously the M&E Director at SHOFCO, and ran impact evaluations and impact consulting projects at IDinsight. He holds Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Michigan.

Outside of work, Michael is passionate about outdoor adventures.
